Tessera 2026.8.0-alpha.1 carries an interim private-evaluation agreement naming the package family, allowed use, and current licensor.
Offline verification
Tessera.OpenXml carries one process-wide local evaluation declaration for the shipped spreadsheet runtime. Legal coverage still comes from the agreement packaged in every archive.
No active sale
There is no published price and no commercial offer is active. Commercial terms and the future Lapidary legal entity remain deferred.
The 2026.8.0-alpha.1 packages are not published and are not distributed from this site. The current release does not permit production use, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or customer delivery. Production signing and commercial terms are separate future gates.
